    Happy 2019!

I hope that everyone enjoyed a wonderful holiday break with family and friends. Believe it or not, the end of the school year will be here before we know it. In the meantime, teachers are ready to ensure the success of our students with quality instruction and making important connections with all of their students. We also have many exciting events planned for this semester which will allow students to experience PES at the highest level.

We’d like to extend a special thank you to everyone who donated to our 1stGrade food drive. Thanks to your generosity, we were able to donate over 650 food items to our local food pantries!

We welcome all of our new students and trust that you will soon believe, as we do, that PES is the best place to grow and learn.

    Upcoming Events:
Jan. 15: Spirit Night at Zaxby's
    Jan. 17: Science Fair
Jan. 21: MLK Jr. Day - no school
Jan. 22: PTO Meeting, 6:30 p.m. in Library

    From your PES PTO:

Hello! We hope you can join us for the PES Goblin Gallop and Fall Fest this Friday, October 13th. The Goblin Gallop is a community walk hosted by our own Mrs. Salaiz and begins at 5:15 pm on the PES track. Wear your costume and bring the whole family for a FANG-tastic walk with your fellow fire ants! Stay for the Fall Fest from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm with many concessions and activities in the gym, back field, and cafeteria.

Please consider visiting the Sign-Up HERE to volunteer for a shift to help the PTO put on this wonderful event. We need your help to pull off this night of fun and fundraising for our school.

Thank you and see you on Friday!
