FLU MIST CLINIC -- MONDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 1:15PM --
Parents, a returned, signed permission form is required for your child to receive the flu mist.  Please, call the nurse's office for more information.
 

Hearing and vision screening began for 3rd and 5th graders the week of October 15.  Children who wear glasses are screened WITH their glasses on.  Please, don't forget them at home!   Referral letters will be sent home in November only to those students who need a follow-up examination with a health care professional.
